The premises of an existing building undergo structural changes and a new appearance to accommodate the new Cagliari headquarters of Sky. Starching was tasked with the concept design, carried out in collaboration with Paolo Mantero, as well as the architectural and engineering project and site management. The result is a project that communicates modernity and innovation through solutions aimed at energy efficiency and eco-sustainability.
Across the three floors occupied by the company, spaces include the reception, a call center with workstation clusters, various types of offices, meeting rooms, technical rooms, storage areas, and employee refreshment spaces. Particularly in the areas designated for the call center, significant attention was paid during the design phase to materials and technical solutions aimed at optimizing acoustic comfort and flexibility. The headquarters offers the employees one of the most beautiful views of the old city and the gulf.
