LA ROQQA HOTEL

In Porto Ercole, within the municipality of Monte Argentario, the renovation of the former Don Pedro Hotel has led to the creation of La Roqqa Hotel, a luxury hotel with a private beach club. The building spans approximately 4,000 square meters, comprising 57 rooms, restaurants, white rooms, a gym, and an area of 800 square meters including terraces and panoramic views. Following involvement in the acquisition phase, Starching, in collaboration with Studio Next, started the design of the new structure and the strip-out of the building with HTR, then proceeded with the structural works with Ecofast, and finally completed the civil works, fit-out, and installations with SET.

The procurement of FF&E and OSE is managed by PAD, coordinated by Starching’s project manager, who also performed the role of development manager throughout the entire development.
