Horti

Horti is a residential project born from the redevelopment of the area between Orti Street and Lamarmora Street in Milan, which has also led to the enhancement of the surrounding park and historic garden. A series of independent urban villas arranged on multiple levels characterize the project, reflecting the typical style of Milanese architecture. Additional amenities include gardens, private bike storage, and cellars.

The project involved the renovation of an existing building called “Casello” and the construction of a new building along Lamarmora Street. The Villa, an ancient convent with an attached small church, has been renovated to accommodate spacious and high-quality residential units with its new residential function. The building facing Lamarmora Street houses modern and functional apartments of various sizes.

The investment includes an underground parking lot, cellars, and other common areas covering 10,000 square meters, including the renovation of the small laundry building.
