NOVOLI STUDENT RESIDENCE
With the Novoli student residence near Florence, Starching embarks on a new avenue of disciplinary exploration. The demand for specific spaces for off-campus students, an increasingly relevant topic today, has transformed the building from a mere “dormitory” for less affluent off-campus students into a smart residence, capable of offering numerous amenities and communal areas. The student residence was constructed within the historic Recovery Plan of the former Fiat Novoli area. Spanning 11,000 square meters, it houses 400 mini-apartments distributed across 6 floors, equipped with various communal services and a terrace available to guests
